Donna Gakstatter

 
Donna is President of Wirt & Loomis Property Investments.  Donna offers programs to help individuals and investors get into home ownership.  Her services are unique and flexible and the quality and dedication she puts into each deal is remarkable.  Donna has earned a certificate in Real Estate Fundamentals and actively holds positions as a Bay Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, a Women’s Council of Realtor Board Member, and a Construction Financial Management Association Board Member. Donna is self motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and always looking for ways to help people into home ownership. 

Bonnie Parker

Bonnie is the Administrative Assistant for Wirt & Loomis Investments.  She hads the day to day accounting
responsibilities in the office, as well as assists with daily administrative activities.  She joined Wirt & Loomis Investments in 2007 with over 20 years experience. Bonnie is organized and excellent at juggling a myriad of issues and tasks simultaneously in an often face paced environment.  She is a team player and has earned the respect of everyone within the organization.  Whenever you need help, Bonnie will greet you with a smile and assist you in every way possible.

Mike Loomis

Mike has been involved in real estate investing for over 20 years.  He is a licensed general contractor and has experience with MSHDA and HUD programs.  Mike takes a “hands-on” approach to the real estate investment process including renovating, maintaining and remarketing properties.  During his 20 plus years, Mike has helped not only individuals seeking rental housing, but also first time homebuyers looking to purchase a home on land contract as well as individuals who were at risk of foreclosure.

After establishing a very successful business, Mike decided to seek a partnership to further expand his investment opportunities.  As a result of several highly successful property investments with Steve Wirt, the decision was made to form Wirt & Loomis Property Investments.  Since its inception, the company has provided millions of dollars of financing for the purchase of homes.   The company is involved with commercial, as well as residential, development and property management with oversight responsibilities for 100 plus active units.

Mike earned a bachelor’s of arts degrees in psychology from Taylor University and an associate’s degree in agriculture from Michigan State University.  Mike and his wife Pam reside in Essexville, Michigan, with their three sons and the entire family is active in their church, schools and various community activities.

Jim Gorzinski

Jim Gorzinski, Vice President of Credit coordinates finance activities for Wirt & Loomis Property Investments. Jim has over 20 years of banking/mortgage experience for both commercial and residential transactions. 

Jim holds a Bachelors Degree from Saginaw Valley State University in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting and Minor in Economics. Jim will manage the credit review process for residential and commercial property transactions. This will also include coordinating transaction funding with national and regional lenders.

Steve Wirt 

Steve is the co-founder of Wirt & Loomis Property Investment. Steve earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University. His business experience encompasses working in a family business and as an Investment Advisor with Merrill Lynch.  Steve then took this vast and diversified experience and teamed up to created Wirt & Loomis Property Investments.  His ability to provide innovative financial solutions and problem solve has helped businesses across the country grow and thrive.  Steve and his wife Dena are very active in their community and support various charitable organizations.

Eric Finnigan

Eric joined the staff of Wirt & Loomis as a college associate in October of 2006. Erics role as Project Manager with the company is to oversee the capital property renovations on various residential homes in Bay City and Saginaw. Eric also coordinates the marketing of our homes on the internet.

Involved in real estate since he graduated high school, Eric brings a fresh prospective to the day to day operations of the business. A Saginaw native and Swan Valley High School graduate, Eric dual majored in Business Management and Marketing at Northwood University. He is eager to learn, willing to work hard, and extremely conscientious about his work. Eric's initiative and creativity are strong assets in our property management department.
